He gained his love for music when he was 4 years old growing up in Montgomery, AL, listening to Al Green, Marvin Gaye, and Luther Vandross. Chris has sang in numerous talent shows and showcases and has received rave reviews from any and everyone who’s watched him perform. “Music has always been a top priority in my life. And I dedicate my life to making good music that people can feel and relate to. That’s what I’m all about” Chris says. He is currently working on his debut mixtape entitled “Who I Am Pt.1”, slated to come out in early September.  He’s an artist that has real music about real things, and he just wants the world to know who Chris James is.
